Introduction to Coaching Skills / Coaching Skills for Managers

These lively, practice based workshops are aimed at individuals who want to know more about coaching and how they could use it at work.

They are not about turning managers into "coaches" but about developing a coaching style of leadership which will enable them to:

  • Set goals & monitor progress
  • Identify and overcome barriers
  • Increase motivation
  • Encourage a fuller development of responsibility and accountability


Participants completing these workshops will:

  • Have an increased awareness of what coaching is and what it isn't
  • Have a greater understanding of how coaching can be used
  • Know what key skills are required
  • Have experienced and gained feedback using these skills


Typically these workshops are run over two days with a two / four week period for practicing skills between the sessions. However we have also run it as a series of half-day workshops and as a slimmed down one-day event.



All fees are quoted individually due to the bespoke nature of the service. Discounted rates are negotiable for multiple bookings within the same organisation.
