These workshops are designed to help you to explore how you currently manage your time, your workload, yourself and your team and how you could do this even more effectively.

I will help you to identify your key time management issues but also to acknowledge what you do well and how to use these strengths to achieve your priorities.

Participants completing these workshops will have:

  • Identified their current  time related challenges
  • Analysed their current effectiveness in time and priority management
  • Identified what their personal effectiveness gremlins are
  • Assessed their areas of procrastination and how to address them
  • Shared their challenges and successes with others
  • Chosen tools and techniques that suit them
  • Developed strategies for organising their life and work

Typically these workshops are run as a one-day event with pre-work sent out in advance. However I have also run it as a series of 2-3 half-day workshops or as part of an integrated programme.

 

Fees

All fees are quoted individually due to the bespoke nature of the service. Discounted rates are negotiable for multiple bookings within the same organisation.
