A four day programme run in partnership with 3D Coaching. It is aimed at mangers and leaders who wish to develop coaching skills so that they can work with their teams in a way that promotes development, responsibility and accountability.
The highly participatory sessions are spread over three months to enable learning to imbed and provide sufficient time for practicing new found skills in the workplace.
Coaching for Excellence is built around the core coaching competencies of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and can stand alone or be used towards portfolio accreditation with the ICF for those wishing to take coaching further.
