Supervision is recognised as an important part of the continuing development of coaches and is recommended by all professional coaching bodies.
Supervision is a formal relationship where practitioners discus their work with someone who is equally or more experienced in their line of work. It provides a safe, confidential space in which the process, practice and challenges of your coaching can be explored.
The main aims of supervision are to enable you to:
- Gain insight on your client work
- Expand your coaching repertoire
- Restore and replenish your coaching self
This ensures you can provide your clients with the best service possible.
I offer both 1:1 supervision and group supervision and have considerable experience in supporting coaches through professional body accreditation.
